Terms & Conditions

Your placement of an order with VIC Cleaning Products ("Order") constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods on these terms. The Order is placed at the time it is submitted to us.

An Order is only accepted when we notify you of acceptance — for example, via an order confirmation email or on-screen confirmation. Delivery of goods also constitutes acceptance of the order.

In the event that a product is out of stock or no longer available, VIC Cleaning Products reserves the right to supply a similar product as a substitute at a comparable price.

All prices displayed on our website are retail prices inclusive of GST (10%) unless the goods are classified as GST-exempt. Business account holders will receive automatically reduced pricing upon logging in.

Prices are current at the time of delivery and do not include delivery or administrative surcharges unless otherwise stated. VIC Cleaning Products reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the current adjusted price including any corrections.

VIC Cleaning Products reserves the right to impose administrative fees on orders under certain dollar values.

Payment is accepted via our secure online payment gateway, cash, business cheque, EFT (electronic funds transfer) or money order.

If any account is disputed, the undisputed portion remains payable under normal payment terms. Any disputed amount may be withheld provided the dispute is communicated to VIC Cleaning Products in writing within 14 days of the dispute arising.

VIC Cleaning Products reserves the right to suspend delivery of further goods if payment terms are not adhered to. Any costs incurred in recovering outstanding monies — including debt collection agency fees or legal costs — will be payable by the customer.

We will deliver goods to the address provided in your Order. VIC Cleaning Products reserves the right to charge delivery fees at any time, regardless of previous arrangements.

We are not responsible for part delivery or delays in delivery, nor for any direct or indirect consequences arising from such delays or non-delivery.

Costs incurred due to failure to collect or take delivery of goods — including storage, labour, transportation and administration — will be charged to and recovered from the customer.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Except where permitted under Australian Consumer Law, VIC Cleaning Products will not accept the return of goods for credit or exchange without prior written agreement. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery, unless the return is due to our error, in which case return freight is covered by us.

Goods that have been tampered with, used or are not in a resaleable condition will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

VIC Cleaning Products endeavours to ensure all information on this website is accurate. However, errors and omissions may occur. We do not accept liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from information, representation or omission on this website. Content may be updated without notice.

VIC Cleaning Products reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
