Delivery Areas
We deliver to all Melbourne Metro suburbs and regional Victoria. For businesses outside Victoria, please contact our team directly to confirm availability and delivery timeframes for your area.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are dispatched same day within the Melbourne Metro area. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:
- Melbourne Metro: 1 to 2 business days
- Regional Victoria: 2 to 4 business days
- Interstate: 3 to 7 business days — contact us for availability

Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size and delivery location. VIC Cleaning Products reserves the right to charge for delivery at any time. For regular bulk orders, contact our team to discuss a trade account and delivery arrangement.

Businesses placing regular or high-volume orders are encouraged to contact us to discuss dedicated delivery scheduling, bulk pricing and trade account options. Our team will work with you to find the most efficient and cost-effective supply solution for your business.
Order Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries
If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work promptly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or credit where applicable.
