Return & Refund Policy
Eligible Returns
Returns will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered
- The product arrives damaged or faulty upon delivery
- An error was made on our part in fulfilling the order
All eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase and photographic evidence where applicable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our team in writing at info@viccleaningproducts.com.au with the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photographs where applicable
Our team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
Goods approved for return must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned in original, unopened packaging
- Not tampered with, used or damaged after delivery
- In fully resaleable condition as new
Goods that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Freight
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error made by VIC Cleaning Products, in which case return freight will be covered by us in full.
